On February 20th-21st, the Scientific-practical conference with the participation of international experts “International integration and scientific achievements of Ukrainian dermatovenereology” was held in Kharkiv. The event was organized by the State Establishment “Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”.
The conference was attended by doctors dermatovenereologists, cosmetologists, family doctors and research staff. It consisted of two parts: the solemn, devoted to the 90th anniversary of the institute, and a scientific one, where the specialists made presentations.
The scientific topics of the conference were as follows:

  • Epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of skin and venereal diseases
  • Problems of reproductive health of the population
  • Modern approaches to laboratory diagnostics of dermatovenereological diseases
  • Actual problems of cosmetology
  • Oncodermatology
  • The impact of the environmental situation on the health of the population
  • Legal problems in health care
  • History of the Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and its achievements over the past 90 years.

Orisil-Pharm company joined this conference. An informational stand was placed in the hall, where medical representatives of the company – Larisa Zaozerska and Vitaliy Momot  – were working.
