On February 5, a meeting of the Society of Gastroenterologists was held at the Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital, attended by gastroenterologists from Lviv and the region. The center of the society is located at the Department of Gastroenterology at the Municipal City Clinical Hospital of Emergency Care. The event was held with the assistance and direct participation of the company "Orisil-Pharm".

Zubchenko Svitlana Oleksandrivna, a practicing physician and scientist at the Lviv Regional Diagnostic Center, presented the company "Orisil-Pharm" with a lecture on the topic "Modern approaches to the use of enterosorbents in gastroenterology", talking about the use of the "Atoxil + Eliminal" scheme in the treatment of gastroenterological diseases.

On February 20-21, a Scientific and Practical Conference with the participation of international specialists “International Integration and Scientific Achievements of Ukrainian Dermatovenerology” was held in Kharkiv. The event was organized by the State Institution “Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”.

The conference was attended by dermatovenereologists, cosmetologists, family doctors, and researchers. It consisted of two parts: a ceremonial part dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the institute, and a scientific part, during which specialists gave reports.

The scientific topics of the conference were as follows:

• Epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of skin and venereal diseases
• Problems of reproductive health of the population
• Modern approaches to laboratory diagnostics of dermatovenereological diseases
• Current problems of cosmetology
• Oncodermatology
• The impact of the environmental situation on public health
• Legal issues in healthcare
• The history of the State Institution "Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" and its achievements over the past 90 years.

The company "Orisil-Pharm" joined this conference: an information stand was placed in the hall, at which the company's medical representatives - Larisa Zaozerska and Vitaliy Momot - worked.

In addition, the company was presented by Viktoria Yurievna Mangusheva, assistant professor of dermatology, with a report on the topic "Use of the Atoxil + Eliminal scheme in the treatment of dermatological diseases."

According to Larisa Zaozerska, “the conference provided an opportunity to familiarize dermatologists with modern high-quality medical products “Atoxil” and “Eliminal gel” and with the article by Protsenko T.V. “Detoxification therapy of psoriasis”. Clinical studies by Kutasevich Y.F. on atopic dermatitis were also presented, confirming the effectiveness of the “Atoxil+Eliminal” therapy regimen.

Therapeutic efficacy of the drug Atoxil:

• elimination of manifestations of intoxication and poisoning (nausea, vomiting, weakness, indigestion);
• elimination of stomach and intestinal disorders (diarrhea, bloating, dysbiosis);
• reduction of toxic-allergic reactions, elimination of skin manifestations of allergies, itching;
• elimination of intoxication syndrome in liver and kidney diseases.

Recommendations for use:

• acute intestinal infections,
• food poisoning,
• diarrhea,
• dysbacteriosis,
• food allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, urticaria, diathesis),
• dermatological diseases (psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis),
• liver diseases (acute and chronic),
• chronic renal failure, pyelonephritis.

Atoxil – a drug with a high safety profile, it is not broken down and is not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, it is recommended for almost all groups of patients, from the first year of life.

Atoxil registered as a medicinal product that has passed all stages of clinical trials and confirmed its high effectiveness and safety in use.

Silicon dioxide, which is part of the drug Atoxil, manufactured by Orisil-Pharm, has been tested for compliance with FDA and USA Pharmacopoeia standards according to USP 29-NF24 monographic tests.

For the third month, the Ukrainian pharmaceutical company Orisil-Pharm has been implementing the project to help orphans "Let's create good together!". 1 hryvnia from the sale of each package of the drug "Atoxil" is transferred to the purchase of necessary funds for orphanages, which are transferred to orphans personally by the company's representatives in the regions.

The second wave of the project, dedicated to St. Nicholas Day, has ended. Five more orphanages received assistance: Bogodukhiv (Kharkiv region) and Polyvaniv (Dnipropetrovsk region) orphanages, City Specialized Children's Home No. 1 (Odessa), Specialized Regional Children's Home in Boyarka (Kyiv region), and Yosypovytskyi Preschool Educational Institution (Lviv region).

In total, as part of the second wave of the "Let's Create Good Together!" project, five orphanages were given:

• 2070 diapers,
• 300 kg of washing powder,
• other household chemicals and personal hygiene products in the amount of UAH 9,005.60,
• medicines worth UAH 9,866.33,
• stationery and materials for creative development in the amount of UAH 5,550.27,
• as well as 42.4 kg of cookies from St. Nicholas.

Assistance was provided to 404 orphans from different regions of the country. By joining our efforts, we will be able to help a larger number of orphans in need. Marina Savchenko, the company's medical representative in the Kyiv region, says: "When you notice an adult look of gratitude in children's eyes, you understand that your life is not in vain!"

From October 1, 2014, the pharmaceutical company "Orisil-Pharm" launches the project "Let's create good together". The goal of this project is to help orphans and children deprived of parental care. From 01.10.2014 to 31.01.2015, the company transfers one hryvnia from the sale of each package of the drug "Atoxil" to the needs of orphanages and special boarding schools.
