At Orisil-Pharm, all of our products are manufactured in accordance with the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard. This is a practice that ensures that the medicinal product and active ingredient are manufactured and controlled in accordance with prescribed standards and regulations, in accordance with the requirements set out in the specifications and documents on the basis of which their marketing authorizations were issued.
The Quality Assurance Department supervises the implementation of requirements and compliance with the implemented quality systems, and constantly improves them. This is confirmed by a number of audits passed and certificates obtained: GMP, medical devices, ISO:22000, HALAL.
How do we care about product quality?
- Pharmaceutical quality production is the main advantage of Orisil-Pharm. This means that all products, including veterinary products, cosmetics and food supplements, are manufactured under the same conditions and with the same high quality standards as pharmaceuticals.
- We guarantee that every product we manufacture is safe for the patient and for each of our preparations we use only the highest quality ingredients. Each batch of manufactured products undergoes quality control in the best laboratories in Ukraine. And we confirm the effectiveness of each preparation with relevant studies.
How do we care about the environment?
Orisil-Pharm uses economical approaches in the production process. We rationally use raw materials and waste. We have implemented the Ecomanagement System in production and all excess products formed in the production process are disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. We are implementing a complex of energy-saving production technologies at the enterprise.
